The Art Club, LLC – Terms of Service
Effective Date: [Oct. 9, 2025]
Welcome to The Art Club, LLC (“The Art Club,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in a course, workshop, lecture, or event offered by The Art Club, you (“the student”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Students must be at least 16 years old to participate in our programs, and those aged 16–17 must have signed parental or guardian consent prior to participation in live sessions or submission of coursework. Enrollment is confirmed once tuition is paid and a confirmation email is received. All tuition payments are non-refundable, except in cases where The Art Club cancels a course. The Art Club reserves the right to cancel a course, and full refunds will be issued in such cases.
All courses are delivered in English unless explicitly stated otherwise. Instruction is provided via online platforms such as Discord, Google Meets, and Google Drive. Students are responsible for ensuring they can access the necessary technology and maintain a stable internet connection. By participating, students agree to follow the standards outlined in The Art Club’s Student Conduct Code, which emphasizes respect, inclusion, and professionalism. The Art Club reserves the right to remove any participant engaging in harassment, plagiarism, or disruptive behavior, without issuing a refund.
All course materials, recordings, and resources provided by instructors or The Art Club remain the property of their creators and are protected by copyright. Students may not record, copy, or redistribute class content without written permission. Students retain ownership of their own artwork but grant The Art Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their work for educational, promotional, or archival purposes, with proper credit. Personal information, including names, emails, and payment details, are collected solely to manage enrollment, deliver courses, and communicate with students. This information is not sold and will only be shared with trusted service providers essential to course delivery. Students are responsible for complying with the terms and privacy policies of any third-party platforms used.
Participation in The Art Club’s programs is at the student’s own risk. The Art Club, its staff, and instructors are not liable for damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation. These Terms of Service, along with the Privacy Policy and Student Conduct Code, are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration within the state. By enrolling, students confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy and Student Conduct Code.
