Designing Props For Animation at The Art Club will guide students through what it takes to create effective, production-ready prop designs for animated shows. The course explores core concepts such as understanding basic structure, matching established design styles, and developing new visual styles for your own concept art.

Students will also learn how to design directly from storyboard panels. Where students will translating rough visual cues into clear, functional, and appealing props that support the needs of the scene. Through demos, breakdowns, and practical assignments, the class will provide a solid overview of the prop designer’s role within an animated production.

By the end of the course, students will have the tools to confidently design props that enhance storytelling, reinforce worldbuilding, and align with a show’s visual language.

Refund Policy
All tuition and fees are non-refundable. The only exception is if The Art Club cancels a course, in which case students will receive a full refund. By enrolling, students acknowledge and accept this policy.

Use of Student Work
By enrolling in any course at The Art Club, students grant The Art Club permission to use work created during the course for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes. Proper credit will always be given to the student. By participating, students agree that their work may be showcased in print, online, and on social media platforms.

Age Requirement
Students must be 18 years of age or older to enroll.

By enrolling in workshops, lectures, and other educational programs offered by The Art Club, you agree to the following:

No Recording: Students are strictly prohibited from recording, reproducing, photographing, screen-capturing, or otherwise duplicating any portion of The Art Club’s workshops, lectures, or related instructional content, whether in whole or in part, without prior written permission from The Art Club.

No Distribution: Students are prohibited from distributing, sharing, publishing, selling, or making available any recordings, images, or reproductions of The Art Club’s workshops, lectures, or instructional content to any third party, in any format, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

  3. Intellectual Property: All workshops, lectures, course materials, and related content are the exclusive intellectual property of The Art Club and/or its instructors and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

  4. Consequences of Violation: Any violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from current and future programs, forfeiture of fees paid, and potential legal action.
